Refund & Cancellation Policy
At [ Sahasraa Group of Institutions ] , all admissions and fee payments are governed by the following refund and cancellation terms:
1. Application / Registration Fee
The application or registration fee paid at the time of submission of the admission form is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Admission Confirmation Fee
Any amount paid towards admission confirmation or seat reservation is non-refundable once the admission is confirmed and the seat is allocated.
3. Course Fee
- The course fee, whether paid in full or in installments, is non-refundable after the commencement of the course.
- Students are advised to carefully review course details before completing the enrollment process.
4. Eligible Refund Cases (If Applicable)
- Refund requests, if considered under exceptional circumstances, must be submitted within 3 (three) days from the date of payment.
- All such requests are subject to management approval and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request without obligation.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- The refunded amount will be credited only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Any applicable transaction charges or administrative fees may be deducted.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund shall be issued under the following circumstances:
- Withdrawal from the course after enrollment
- Change of decision or personal reasons
- Absence from classes or non-attendance
- Discontinuation of the course midway
- Violation of institutional rules, policies, or code of conduct
7. General Conditions
- All refund decisions made by the institution shall be final and binding.
- By proceeding with payment and enrollment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy.
